Itinerary

 Saturday
7:00 a.m. meeting point of contact
8:00 a.m. exit
10:30 a.m. arrival zone of activities national park el Chico state Hidalgo.
10:30 a.m. armed of camping (or installed in the alpine shelter)
11:00 p.m. beginning of introductory course handling of cords. (Recognition and use of equipment and materials, knots, anchorages, techniques of maneuvers, etc.)
2:00 p.m. break for lunch
2:30 p.m. beginning of practices in vertical systems (rappel) putting in practice the theoretical course
5:30 p.m. return group area of camping and commentaries
6:00 p.m. free time to eat and to rest
8:00 p.m. scaled introduction sport and armed of bonfire (you practice of scaling inside the shelter)

Sunday
9:00 a.m. space for breakfast
10:00 a.m. beginning of activities armed of rock scaling routes and practices in technique top rope.
2:30 p.m. camping getting up
3:30 p.m. return to city of Mexico, end of service.

Personal equipment:

Comfortable clothes of preference pants, tennis sport or dull of trekking, clothes of shelter (for the night), cap, blocking lot, sleeping bag, lamp (of frontal preference and with batteries), equipment of personal hygiene.
